Property One Real Estate & Development is an innovative real estate company that has a main focus on sale, rent and development of properties. They are also providing real estate advices, clients and investors consulting, innovative real estate solutions, office space planning and arrangement, assistance in moving in, legal and financial consultation. Fast growing Macedonian real estate company which operates both on the local and the regional markets, and provides amazing field work.

02 The Challenge

The goal of our client was simple: Professional social media presence & increased brand awareness!

03 Our Approach

We took different approach for each digital channel. Our goal was to differentiate Property One Real Estate & Development from the other real estate companies in Macedonia and the region. We created minimal, modern & functional social media & Newsletter design. We also provided them smart media buying plan and did small website optimizations. Our objective was to make them proud of their web presence, but also to show them results at the end of every month… and we did it… and we are still doing it.

04 The Outcome

In the first 3 months we manage to increase the website users and sessions for 170%+, in the same time optimizing the costs of our client. We also manage to increase the number of visits for each different channel (organic search, direct visits, social media and paid search).
